How the workshop works

This is a fully guided in-person experience that integrates music, touch, and a structured closing. You will receive a live demonstration, practice consent and clear boundaries (pause word, safe zones, and intensity), train in short practice rounds with supervision and technical corrections, and finish with a simple “reconnection ritual” that can be repeated at home.
