Managing your enquiry

To handle your individual enquiry, we retain a limited record in a restricted administration area of this WordPress website: receipt date, email address, your name if provided, language, enquiry category, related offer, form page and handling status. Your message is sent by email, but is not stored in this enquiry register. Please do not send diagnoses, medical reports or other sensitive health information.

This enquiry is not a booking or a subscription to advertising or a newsletter. Only authorised administrators can access the register. Hosting and email are provided through the existing IONOS contractual relationship. Six months after handling is completed, we review whether the record is still needed and delete unnecessary data unless statutory retention requirements or justified grounds apply. You can send privacy-related requests to kontakt@ednaldomusiktherapie.de. Further information is available in the privacy policy.

Processing is carried out to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or on the basis of the legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.

To limit repeated submissions, the form briefly processes pseudonymised technical keys derived from the IP address, email address and submission. Their use lasts approximately one minute for rate limiting and ten minutes for identifying technical retries. Expiration does not guarantee immediate physical removal from caches or backups.

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by IONOS. When you access the website, technically necessary connection data may be processed. This may include your IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested, browser type and operating system.

Processing is carried out to provide the website securely and reliably on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The retention period is determined by the technical and contractual provisions of the hosting provider and the applicable legal requirements.

Videos

External video services are loaded only after you deliberately click to activate them. No connection to the respective video service is established before this action. After activation, your IP address and technical connection data may be transmitted to the respective provider.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, restrict its processing, receive your data in a portable format and object to its processing. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
